2. Activate the Vertical Axis

As you inhale, imagine a column of white light rising through the centre of your body.
As you exhale, imagine the same light flowing out the top of your head and circling down around your body, like a fountain made of light. This establishes the torus flow.

Do not spray directly onto the body at first.
Mist the space in front of you and step into it.
